After launching IconCSRemoteSupport please go back into and select the computer name will be at the top of the sharing screen. Please call or email that computer name to Iconcs 727-210-0555 or email@example.com
After launching IconCSRemoteSupport please hover over the arrow in the bottom right corner of your screen (Windows toolbar) then hover over the two interlocking squares to find the computer name. Please call or email that computer name to Iconcs 727-210-0555 or firstname.lastname@example.org
