Icon Computer Solutions

This is a wonderful family owned company with great prices and great service. They know what they are doing and even though they do most of their work for larger companies than mine, they treat every individual customer with respect, care and excellent technical service. I've bought several machines from them, and so has my mom. They also do all my repair work. Will never go anywhere else.

I have been doing business with Steve and all the Icon Family for over 15 years. They have been a valuable team in helping me grow my business's and have always been there in case of any emergency. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and been there to complete any project. The have worked on computers, sound system, camera systems and basically anything to do with electronics, and always come through for me.

Icon is great - only place I use for my personal and business mac services.

I took my main computer into Icon after I couldn't get in to the Apple store for at least 2 full days. They diagnosed my problem and had my parts and computer back to me before I could even get an appointment at the Genius Bar! They also found other issues with my hardware that were under warranty so ordered the new parts on my behalf and I'll take the computer back for a couple hours to get upgraded.

Fast, effective and friendly service. We have all of our computers serviced with our friends at Icon. Steve is a wizard at taking good care of our Macs. I recommend Icon to all my associates, as they are the best computer servicing company that our business has dealt with. As an example: when our hard drive crashed recently, they found the problem quickly, gave us a very reasonable quote and brought our iMac back into service with little down-time.

My PC was serviced due to a hard drive recall. The authorized service center was able to repair it in 1 day. I had originally tried to take it to an Apple Store. The Apple Store told me they would need to hold my computer for about a week before the repair could be completed.

Fantastic experience, Steve and all of the employees were most helpful. Drive replacement was completed sooner than expected and they went beyond what they had to do, most rare in todays business world. Icon was easy to deal with. I didn't have to wait in long lines like at the Apple Store at International Mall, Tampa, FL.
